Nice job to finish the week off.. We have removed the existing boiler and hot water cylinder and replaced them with a baxi 830 combi boiler. This boiler was the customers choice and has a 10 year manufactures warranty on parts and labour.

An E.I.C.R (or landlord safety check) is designed to test just how safe your electrical installation is and is often needed for your home insurance 🏡, if you’re a landlord or even just peace of mind !

A small industrial lighting LED upgrade we’ve just carried out for our friends over at SPH Plant 💡 we also tidied a few bits of damaged trunking up while we were there. 🔧
