A tenant experienced a water leak from their bathroom to the room below. The issue was resolved by resealing the bath quadrant with new silicone, following the removal of the old sealant and quadrant. The repair successfully eliminated the leak, resulting in tenant satisfaction.

Recent work carried out for a customer, to create more space and light in the hallway. There was a huge shoe unit by the front door. We utilised the space under the stairs for shoes and hoover, John handmade a bespoke unit to slide in and out, and a special place for the much loved puss cat. She's extremely happy. Just carpet to be laid to finish.

The team at Just One Handy Number would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We are open over the festive period as always but we are only attending emergencies and those are being prioritised. Our diary is open for 2023 and is filling up.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your ongoing support and custom, we will look forward to seeing many of you in the new year.

I would like to personally thank John for the extremely long hours and hard work he puts in to ensure our customers, tenants and landlords are happy.

Hi All, it seems our previous post has vanished.

So I'll try again.

We are monitoring the NHS and gov pages closely, we will remain open unless John becomes ill. He is cleaning before/after seeing customers and keeping a safe distance as recommended. If it's urgent and your unwell we will assess the situation and take the best point of action. We appreciate your boiler can't wait to be seen so precautions will be put in place if you are showing symptoms.

We have on many occasions quoted using pictures and sizes. We also have facetime or video calling facilities.
