A job done for a returning customer over in Bewdley beginning of the year. We removed the clutter in the loft and put new thick loft insulation down. Some more recent work undertaken for a lovely couple in Grete who kept us well topped up with tea and biscuits. They had been experiencing water ingress around both sides of the chimney in the bedrooms to the point mushrooms were growing on the inside. The the flat roof Dormers were also on there last legs with splits starting to appear. We stripped around the chimney, replacing with new felt and batton and also updated the old torch on felt roofs with EPDM rubber. New code 4 lead flashing was also fitted into the chimney where the main leak was. Customers were very happy with the end result 🙂. A recent repair undertaken for a great couple in boraston Tenbury wells. After a good couple of years being plagued by a persistent leak we were called in to fix the issue. After stripping up the Dormer cheek we identified the point of ingress and went over kill with new felt, replacing any rotten batton and replacing some questionable lead soakers. Roof was put back together and the owners haven't had any leaks since 😃.

Hey guys, been a while since I posted abit of work. After a very wet jan/Feb we have really been getting stuck into alot of jobs for customers. This was a recent job undertaken in Leominster for a local estate agent. A failed flat roof and old damaged soil pipe connected to a flat above a charity shop had been leaking into the shops storage room. We repaired the leaking toilet, replaced the soil pipe with a fitted vent and renewed the flat roof with EPDM rubber. All party's were happy with the end result 😃. Well that's another year wrapped up. I would just like thank all my wonderful customers old and new for continuing to use Eagle Roof Maintenance for their roofing needs. This year has been another busy one especially with the awful storms we have been having. Unfortunately for me I got slightly derailed beginning of October after snapping my ankle 😩. This accident caused me to be out of action for 2 months. I'm on the road to recovery now but face the difficult task of playing catch up, so I would just like to take this time to say thank you for your understanding and patience. I will continue to work and get out to look at jobs as often as I can to get back on top 🙂. I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and I hope you all have a Happy New year. Brett. 🦅

Here at Eagle Roof Maintenance we strive to be there for all customers no matter the job big or small. Sometimes its the little jobs that the "Big guys" aren't interested in from unblocking down pipes, repairing leaking Guttering, replacing a handful of broken tiles, small amount of repointing work or just a standard gutter clean to prepare for the coming winter months. Another recent Flat roof job undertaken in Ludlow for some returning customers. The old roof had started leaking in places and posed a risk to the electrics inside. We fully stripped, boarded and fitted new EPDM rubber. A huge improvement and the customers have peace of mind with the coming winter months. A recent job undertaken a couple of months ago for some of my brilliant returning customers. There garage flat roof was coming to the end of its life so we fully stripped it, fitted new 18mm OSB boards and fitted EPDM rubber. Some recent chimney repairs for one of my regular customers. Chimney pot had become loose and was leaning to the side only being supported by the wood burner flue. Pot was secured back into place and a new cement crown was done to protect the chimney. Customer was very relieved to know everything was safe and secure again. Another recent job undertaken in Tenbury Wells for brilliant customers. What were once old wash rooms used back in the day for two different properties had been left unused for some time and the roof had seen better days. The roof was fully stripped, new felt, batton and eave trays fitted and the original good quality slates put back on with some reclaimed Welsh slate to replace the damaged ones. Ridge tiles were bedded back down. The out buildings now water tight can be used for storage by the customers. A recent Re roof job undertaken in Tenbury Wells. Some brilliant customers, were tired of leaks coming into their property in places, loose ridge tiles coming off in strong winds and old cement falling out the verges. We did a full strip of old felt and batton, fitting new breathable felt, batton and eave trays. Tiles put back on and ridge tiles fitted back down with a maintenance free dry ridge system. We also installed maintenance free dry verge caps on the property as well as new white square guttering. A recent Moss removal undertaken in Tenbury wells for amazing customers. After years of gutters spilling over when it rained, crows scraping at the Moss to find grubs and Moss being knocked off the roof during heavy downpours I was called in to sort it all out. All Moss was cleared off by hand to preserve the tiles, and sprayed over with a bio spray treatment. Gutters cleaned out and flushed and the outside of the guttering and Fascias cleaned down. Was a pleasure doing this job especially with the bacon buttys provided by the customer 😃.
