PROGRESS UPDATE - London

Heading into the final stretch of this project we are now left with a few items to complete before we hand this site back to the Client.

The concrete yard is around 75% complete which will then just leave the tarmac car park for the external surfacing works.

Fencing & gates will be installed to facilitate controlled access around the site along with the EV chargers and building protection measures.

In Building 2 we await delivery of the landing doors for the lift shaft and the staircase which is ready for installation in due course.

PROGRESS UPDATE - NORWICH

Great progress is being made on site as the team continues preparing for the new foundations. We've received some impressive photos showcasing the site clearance and material crushing currently underway.

It may not be the most glamorous stage of the project, but it's a crucial part of the groundwork that sets everything up for success.

It won't be long before this exceptional new home really starts to take shape.

Two years ago, we handed this site back to our client in King's Lynn with a completely transformed new look.

Following the development of a modernised façade design by our in house designers, our construction team delivered the full refurbishment, ensuring the finished result aligned perfectly with the client's brand identity.

✅ Replacement of the existing asbestos roof with modern composite cladding
✅ Replacement of the side asbestos wall with new blockwork and composite cladding
✅ Installation of new composite roof and wall cladding to enhance the street scene
✅ Full ventilation upgrade to improve internal airflow and environmental conditions

We're incredibly proud of the transformation achieved on this project and are looking forward to returning to site soon to deliver another refurbishment project for the client. 👏🪚✏️

PROGRESS UPDATE - London

We are progressing towards the finishing line on this site,

The external concrete yard is over 60% complete and the drainage is now nearly reaching it’s connection point at the front of site.

Building one is complete and we’re just working trough the internals on building two, including the lift installation, partition walling, and electrics.

to this fantastic extension we completed for Eden House Day Nursery.

Designed to provide a dedicated play area for 3-5 year olds, the extension includes child-friendly toilet facilities and a wash-down station for post-activity clean-ups.

Built to seamlessly match the original nursery building we delivered in 2021, the project features timber larch cladding, slate roof tiles, and beautiful oak-framed doors and glazed screens.

A project we're still incredibly proud of and a great example of what our design and build teams can achieve when working together.

PROGRESS UPDATE - Downham

We have recently completed the 1.8m blockwork element of our two internal walls on this building, which is now split into two single units and a double unit suited to the incoming tenants’ requirements.

Atop the blockwork wall we are installing metal studwork partitions to complete the walls. Externally, we continue our works on the drainage, which has now progressed round to the front of the building.

PROGRESS UPDATE, LONDON

In what will likely be one of the final progress updates of this project, let's give you a quick run down of what's been going on recently.

- Building 1 is now at practical completion.
- Internal fit out of Building 2 has been ongoing, with partition walls, intumescent painting, and the lift install progressing well.
- Drainage has been challenging with some tricky ground conditions.
- External concrete yard over half way there to finishing.

We're looking forward to bringing you the last of the progress and eventual completion of this project, stay tuned.
