Wrapped up on this natural slate roof in Cheltenham today and passed back over to the customer.

We stripped the roof back the the timbers and found the roof structure was actually in really bad condition. We documented all our finding and relayed them to the customer who instructed us to take it all down and rebuild the whole roof.

After the roof was rebuilt and the chimney taken down we installed a new breathable roofing membrane and pressure treated roofing battens adding the highest quality Canadian natural slates. All new lead flashing and soaking and finishing off with a clay interlocking ridge tile to match the slates.

The customer was extremely satisfied with work completed to the highest of standards as always from us here at Warburton Roofing.

This was a fun one. An old garage being converted into an office space for the customer. The building/ roof itself self was twisting an leaning all over the place.

We used a breathable roofing membrane with pressure treated roofing battens. New 20x10 Spanish natural slates fixed with copper nails and topped it off reusing the original clay ridges.

Customer was highly satisfied and the work completed to the highest of standards as always from us here at Warburton Roofing.

An amazing project we completed for a customer in andoversford fighting through the torrential rain and wind to get this finished.

We stripping off all the old natural Welsh slate from the back of the existing main roof back and front and reusing them on the front. We managed to save more than expected so the customer asked us to also use them on the front of the extension to cut some of the costs down.

The whole back we’ve used a high grade Spanish natural slate and finished the ridges off with some beautiful clay interlocking ridges to match the slates.

New lead work Around the whole chimney and abutment wall where the new extension meets the existing roof on the front ✔️

Customer was highly satisfied and the work completed to the highest of standards.

A chimney we’ve recently completed ✔️

We’ve had a lot of chimney to repair lately but this was by far the worst once we’ve come across. The bricks just pulled off with our hands.

We took the chimney down to below the roof structure to where the chimney was in good condition and rebuilt the whole chimney stack reusing the bricks that were actually in really good condition.

Took away 3 pots that were not in use and capped them off adding 3 chimney cowls to the once’s that were in use.

We also installed all new lead flashings around the whole chimney.

Customers were overly satisfied and the work completed to the highest of standards this chimney will last for many years to come.

A massive house renovation roof we recently completed. We really enjoyed this one from start to finish.

This used to be a single storey bungalow now renovated into a two storey house.

All new roof trusses felt batten and a beautiful mixed brindle clay tile.

Velux windows and 3 dormer windows installed.

New white UPVC fascia, soffit and a black deep flow guttering.
