The sun is making a come back ☀️ and we’re loving seeing it shining through on these neutral tones for this client’s self-made en-suite 🧡

The master bedroom at this property was very spacious, so the client’s decided to stud off a section, the width of their desired shower tray, to make way for an en-suite. We installed a new soil pipe for them and completed this lovely shower room, including new stud work for a niche, and wall hung vanity unit with a counter top basin 🙌🏼

How can it nearly be the end of February already!?

Keeping busy over here; another beautiful bathroom transformation complete. Completely ripped out, new stud work built, changed location of toilet soil pipe and basin waste, raised bath panel built and tiled to incorporate an under-panel LED strip 👌🏼

Boiler room ➡️ Bathroom

With the original bathroom in this client’s house located at the back of the ground floor, the client wished for a new bathroom at the front of the upper floor.

We gutted a drab boiler room, knocked down the wall to re-build a larger room by using a small section of the ample sized bedroom, and turned it into a beautiful bathroom which will be utilised much more.

The old downstairs bathroom? Well that’s now a utility and downstairs toilet, which will be coming on very soon 👀

Time flies when you’re having fun, or busy, or maybe a bit of both 😄 either way, we realise we’ve been in social media hibernation phase, so to start off our New Year, here’s a beautiful bathroom we’ve recently completed 🙌🏼 as usual, it wasn’t straight forward, after the bathroom was ripped out, we found there was serious damage to the floor joists from a previous leak, from the previous house owners 🤦🏼‍♀️ now made completely secure and water-tight, as it’s also what’s underneath that counts!! 😉
We love it and more importantly, so does the client 🧡

🙌🏼 Bedroom turned Family Bathroom 🙌🏼 gaining an extended hallway leading into the new extension. A lot of enjoyable work has gone into this one, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The team did a complete bedroom rip out, build of new stud walls off the original ones to incorporate a pocket door, stud work to incorporate new alcoves, concealed bath tap and wall hung toilet, full tiling, and, finally, of course, installation of the high quality sanitary ware.

We love it!! How about you? 💙
