So we got this project wrapped up today, this was the under stairs part of the walnut project for the snug, our client wanted to make an area for a dog bed, as well as some cupboards and large draws, the walnut goes really well with the decoration of this room, a great use of space and now the main feature of the room,

So that is phase 1 of this living room project completed, we made and fitted two alcove units, our regular client wanted to go for a darker wood on this project, so they went with walnut, with field and raised panel doors, and an oiled finish, so when I get back off my holiday I will start fitting the second part of the project, now time to unwind 😎

Another hot one today, we got this wardrobe finished off, not as deep as a normal wardrobe to allow space for the bed, this is why we have done the doors bifold, we put in draws that are 250mm deep, small but effective, great use of space, look forward to seeing it finished painted

And the we moved downstairs into the two living rooms, again alcoves that were crying out for some built in units, our client wanted one room with a unit for the space for the TV to sit in, with the other side to have plenty of shelf’s, and the other living room we did matching units as the TV is on the wall, we also added cornice to the tops to add some more character, and continued the 1930s style doors, all ready to be painted, really happy with how this has all come together.
