Today is Winter Solstice ❄️ which marks the shortest day and longest night. It’s a symbolic and quiet turning point in the year for nature at rest 🐦‍⬛ trees are bare 🦔 animals shelter or hibernate, and seeds lie dormant beneath the soil, gathering strength for the future 🌱

It’s the perfect time to reflect and set intentions 🙏🏼 using this quiet time to rest, acknowledge the past and prepare for the future, just like the seeds waiting for spring. It’s a time of hope and finding peace in the beautiful winter landscape 🥾 often by walking or making quiet observations around us to feel grounded in nature's rhythm.

Winter Solstice a powerful reminder of life’s ebbs and flows, that stillness isn’t emptiness, it is an essential part of nature’s cycles to rest in preparation for future growth. From today onwards, daylight will return slowly with longer, brighter days ☀️
