Two more local roofs done recently ,in Colin close,Thornbury,
The house needed a reroof as a condition of sale due to poor condition and a compliance certificate supplied as part of the sale,
New roof membrane,battens, and tiles
We also topped up the loft insulation, cloaked verge tiles and a dry ridge vent and new ridges.

The extension had a reroof , new felt, battens and rustic tiles to match the main roof we done almost 1 year before,

Another local reroof on 2 properties on Gillingstool rd (Thornbury)
Both properties had a total refurb
New roofing membrane and battens and new anthracite coloured tiles and cloaked verges , matching new ridges
We also replaced some guttering and downpipes and a new soil pipe
And topped up the loft insulation
All new leadwork
And 2 fresh coats of paint on both houses to complete this job
