Things are looking a little different at RDI HQ right now.

We're giving the office a refurb and refresh to give our growing team the space they need and a proper meeting room so we can sit down with clients in peace.

Should all be done in the next couple of months.

What happens after we install your system?

We get asked this a lot. Here's the short version.

We don't fit and disappear. All our installations come with ongoing aftercare, and we offer annual servicing to keep your system running at its best.

If something goes wrong — or you're just not sure something's working as it should — you call us, and we come out.

Simple as that.

We're in Thurso. We're not routing you through a national call centre.

That's one of the things that makes a real difference when you're living with a heat pump or solar system long-term.

It's been a busy couple of months — heat pumps fitted, solar systems commissioned, services booked, and a fair few new conversations started.
