If you're part of a local hall or community building committee, there's funding available to help cover the cost of heat pumps, solar or battery storage, up to £80,000 towards 80% of eligible costs.

Applications close at the end of the month and are subject to survey and funding criteria.

Great feedback from Ian Horne after we added extra solar panels to his existing system:

"Great service when installing extra solar panels kept us informed of what was happening and how the extra panels were being tied into our existing panels.

The price for installing the panels was way cheaper than some of the crazy prices quoted by other companies from out the Caithness area.

Tidy works site when work was ongoing, the guys installing were polite and easy to get along with."
