Large felling job the week prior to Christmas. Complicated by intertwined telephone cables and overhanging a public footpath.
The tree was 21m to the very top and quite a challenge.

Pollarding apple trees in for one of our lovely repeat customers.

Pollarding is often the only way to retain trees in small spaces.
Although it may look brutal, most species will tolerate the procedure and live long lives.
These trees have been pollarded at least twice before, with the exception of the silver birch (which was topped by the customer some time ago).
