Tree growing from a corner of a flat roof allowing water to get in. Had the roofer out to remove tree remove felt and wet damaged boards. Fit new boards and felt.

Floor tiles coming loose in a staff toilet.
Lifted all loose tiles removed and cleared all old cement and grout away. Sealed floor and re-layed tiles and grout.

Some leak detection the other day. Water started to appear from nowhere making the carpet or wet, found water to be coming up through the floor from the main incoming water main.
Dug out concrete floor to expose pipework cut out section of pipe with hole in and replaced.
Cleaned carpet and left to dry then returned to repair hole made in false wall for access.

Kitchen sink and bathroom sink waste both leaking. Found rubber seals perished and both previously been filled with silicone. Removed both cleaned off all silicon and fitted both with new wastes.
(NO SILICONE USED)

Fitted these for a customer.
Was really impressed how good the cameras were in day and night mode for the price. Lights were also a good brightness. App was also easy to use.
