Haven't posted much in a while as we are in the middle of a big project. But I managed to slip this little one in.
A lovely new grey composite front door with sidelight.
New white composite back door with window and a new little window in the downstairs toilet.
These are all replacing old dated and drafty aluminium units. A long heavy day on my own but worth it.

This is a garage conversion i finished off before christmas for Jacqueline at home.
Transforming a double garage into a salon. This is fully insulated with all new electrics installed by SV Electrics new plumbing and heating installed. Stud walls boarded and plastered. New skirting and architrave, new repositioned loft hatch, A few coats of paint, mirrors, pictures, new units, new TV. Been a nice job to do from start to finish. Video in comments.

Last week I slipped in this little job. Some acoustic panelling on a bedroom wall ready for some LED strip lights to be fitting in the grooves and a couple more fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. Nice simple design for this one. And all went pretty straight forward for a change.

Managed to finish off this car port today for JWB Carpentry and Building ltd.
Despite the weather over the last couple of weeks we got it done. The big steel at the front got cladded in 2" oak, 230mm weather boarding on the outside, inside was boarded with 12mm mdf.

Jobs finished up in Maldon today. Garage loft boarded out for some storage with new loft hatch, and ply on the underside...

In the house there is a shortage or any storage so some tall wall units fitted in utility room and a tall larder unit to hide the boiler.

Little job i recently completed for SV Electrics. An outside storage area needed to be made water-tight.
4x4 ran around on top ot the 4x4 post with 6x2 joists. Firings on top of that to give it a bit of a fall to the back. Facia, soffit, guttering and a tin roof to finish it off.

Got this one finished up today. 6m x 4m car port. Nice little bit of outside storage.
This is all sat on 6x6 posts, a double 8x2 ring beam tacking some 6" rafters. On top is 18mm ply and felt shingles. Been a nice little job to do this one.

Another Little wardrobe job done. Space is a bit of an issue in this bedroom so sliding doors solves that problem. A few draws and plenty of hanging space. The walls and floors being miles out of level didn't help things with this one but got there in the end.

Nice little job this week. Gave the play house i built a couple years ago a bit of a face lift. New felt on the roof and a lick of paint as the varnish used before became really patchy.
