From start to finish on restoration works upon a section of this beautiful property.

It had already been done once incorrectly and failed.

*Removal of 3 X lead bays and replaced with code 8
*Removal.of lead valley and replaced code 5
*Removal and replaced lead hips and replaced code 6
*Removal of two slated slopes re-felted and battened using traditional 1f felt
*Re-installed original delabole slates.

Last photos are of horrors discovered due to bad workmanship by previous contractors.

A stunning finish to this beautiful manor house.
Natural slates beautifully laid with copper nails
Central Lead gully renewed as seen in previous posts.
All new guttering all the way around
House including facades painted giving the home a fresh look.
Verges re designed to remove the dreaded cover barge boards to give this property that clean finish but keeping the natural curve in the roof.

We where hand selected for this project based upon our craftsmanship and attention to detail.
