Job Overview:
Due to continued expansion, we are on the lookout for skilled refrigeration & air conditioning engineers to join our team - industrial experience preferred but not essential (training provided). You must hold recognised qualifications and come with significant knowledge of working with and on refrigeration & air conditioning systems. You will carry out a variety of tasks both independently and alongside other skilled and experienced refrigeration engineers onsite. Must have a good understanding of fault finding, service, and maintenance, even better if you have installation experience also.

Duties:
•Install, maintain, and repair various industrial / commercial refrigeration & air conditioning systems.
•Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with equipment performance.
•Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
•Good knowledge and experience working with/on industrial refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and control systems.
•Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and providing expert advice.
•Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Qualifications / Requirements:
•Completed apprenticeship or recognised training course in Industrial Refrigeration.
•Relevant certifications like C&G 2079 (Refrigerant Handling), AA02 (Safe Handling of Ammonia).
•Full clean UK driving licence.

•Be good with customers, in this front facing role you represent us every day.
•Be Health and Safety focused with awareness of relevant health and safety regulations regarding refrigerants and working in industrial environments.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
•Be experienced in safe handling procedures for hazardous refrigerants like Ammonia.
•Be competent working independently.
