Extractor fans seem to have stopped working left, right & centre at the moment. Here’s an example of a Manrose mf100t inline fan above a bathroom. It’s been protected by a 3A fuse too…most manufacturers stipulate it in their instructions, but in my experience not many installs have bothered with them. Manufacturers instructions, read them! 🥸🥱

10mm t&e shower circuit installed for customer. Those boards were not coming up in one piece, I tried, but built to stay down they were. At least I got to use my circular saw. 😎 Scarring will be tucked under nice new carpet, which won’t be laid by me! ✌️

What’s that?…You want an outdoor socket, mounted on a post, cemented in the ground, run in steel wired armour cable, under your house through a duct for your whirlpool bath? No problem 😉

Oh, and you want another outdoor socket for the front drive…🥵 hot work on a glorious day but all complete…please ensure you get a qualified electrician for your outdoor sockets. They will insure that the appropriate equipment are used and all the necessary tests are carried out afterwards…they’ll even supply you with a certificate upon completion, which you can hang on your wall! 🤣

Squeezed in a Pre Christmas EICR for local letting agent…ended up pulling up carpets and lifting floorboards to hunt down various discrepancies upon testing. 🎄🎉
