Downhill Beach, towards Inishowen, with Mussenden temple behind me. Gorgeous wild gorse, vast sea, sand and sky. This is one of my favourite locations along the Causeway Coast…I love painting it. After plein air on location, I went large with this view for a recent commission, painting a 1 x 2 metre canvas.
Oil, emulsion, acrylic, pen, gold leaf.

Some paintings of the incredible Causeway Coast. This coastline is unending inspiration for my work. Its beauty leaves me in awe at every visit. Every beach is my favourite.
