This client in Staplehurst had a garden room made by a company which turned into a disaster. It was supposed to be a bespoke teak garden room however the materials used were substandard and the workmanship was really poor. It leaked, the floor was not level, the panels were not straight, the roof was not stable - the list was endless!

Despite the client asking this company to rectify the issues, the company was silent. The client therefore reached out to Hawk Property Services and asked whether we had any ideas on how we could put this garden room right for them so that they could enjoy it. As you can imagine, the client was under so much stress and inconvenience they just wanted to be able to enjoy their garden room and HPS knew we could put it right and take the pressure off them.

As you can see from the before and after photos, the client was very happy with the end result and we hope that the client has continued enjoyment of their garden room for many years to come.

A very happy client just in time for Christmas.

I am looking for a labourer for immediate start for next 3 weeks. Will involve paint stripping/sanding and jet washing. Good rate of pay. Needs to be professional and competent.
