Remedial works now finished at this Fulham property following a damp investigation.

We addressed elevated moisture levels affecting the front bedroom and rear living space by:

• Installing a bell drip bead to the front elevation to prevent moisture bridging
• Raking out, installing brick ties and repointing the rear brickwork
• Installing IsoTherm thermal insulation to external walls to reduce condensation risk
• Fitting new skirting boards and plaster finish throughout affected areas
• Installing a new air brick to improve ventilation
• Checking extraction and servicing the PIV unit

The property is now protected against further moisture ingress and condensation, creating a warmer, healthier internal environment.

New project underway in Fulham 🏡

Following an Independent PCA Damp Survey, we’ve started remedial works to address elevated moisture levels and condensation affecting both the front bedroom and rear living/kitchen areas.

Issues identified included high moisture readings to external walls, defective rear pointing, and high plinth levels bridging the damp proof course.

Our works include:

• Installing a bell drip bead to the front elevation
• Raking out, installing brick ties and repointing rear brickwork
• Installing IsoTherm thermal insulation to internal walls
• New skirting boards and plaster finish
• Installing a new air brick for improved airflow
