We recently installed 2 x Mitsubishi electric SEZ-M25 ducted units on a multi split system into this stunning old property in the Kent countryside.

Both units are providing heating and cooling to 2 small rooms which are used for home offices, we also installed grilles on the landing to provide additional cooling and heating and as you can see a certain someone was loving life when we left 🐶

We used the all new ALPHAGUARD condensing unit covers which we was very impressed with! It looks great, and easy to fit.

Before and after pictures of a brand new property we installed 5 ducted systems in. We worked closely with a very reputable local building company through the project to give a seem less finish. Installed were 5 x Mitsubishi electric SEZ concealed units, 4 on a multi split system and 1 single split system for the master bedroom.

We pride ourselves in bespoke solutions for all types of properties, and won’t just offer our clients the “easy” option and offer wall mounted units. When dealing with high end clients, they certainly don’t want to see a box on the wall of their brand new house!

We decommissioned and removed 2 old Daikin systems and installed 2 new Mitsubishi electric system in there place.

Replacement walk in chiller system for Oak hall in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The old system had multiple gas leaks, so it was time for new equipment.

We used a Tecumseh condensing unit, Guntner evaporator, Danfoss components and Inaba denko trunking to conceal and protect the pipework externally.

Our client opted to have the outdoor unit sprayed in Anthracite to match his windows, and also chose the Anthracite trunking to match!

We recently removed 6 old LG systems and an old redundant AHU for our clients offices in Shoreditch. We replaced them with new Mitsubishi electric PLA cassette systems, and re-located the outdoor units to new positions.

The existing containment was re-used internally, which wasn’t our choice but it kept the costs down for the client. All new services were installed with new containment on the roof to the condenser locations with alterations to the existing 3 phase power supplies.

Both clients went for the medium range Mitsubishi electric AY wall mounted units which come with built in Wi-Fi control and are a matt white finish. One of the most popular units for our customers and super efficient!

They are already feeling the benefits of both heating and cooling!
