Kylex building services was established in 1999 specializing in property maintenance and refurbishments. After having spent over 10 years being employed as a building foreman I felt that I needed a new challenge. I had gained a huge wealth of knowledge, as well as good contacts across the various trades, and many customers and tradesmen were encouraging me to start my own business. I now have over

30 years experience in the building trade and Kylex has been trading for over 20 years developing a reputation for conscientious workmanship and a high quality finish. We are a small competent team that has an excellent relationship with our customers, many of which use us on a regular basis and are happy to recommend us.
