L&G Concrete Flooring Group is led by three directors. We are two brothers with a shared passion for delivering excellence, supported by a large and dedicated team who work tirelessly to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

With over 20 years of industry experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build and run a successful business, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, determination, reliability, and innovative solutions across every project we undertake.

Alongside us is Leigh’s wife, Sian, who works part-time in the office whilst expertly juggling family life behind the scenes. Her support and dedication help keep everything running smoothly.
