🪏 As per my New Year’s resolution to try & be more active on my business page, I thought I’d share with you all an in-progress photo of some work I am doing right now for a returning customer. I am in the process of excavating for a new foul pipe, which will be connected into the existing manhole, then digging under the footings of the house for a bathroom installation. In addition I am also excavating for an additional manhole and trench for foul pipe leading to a new wetroom.

Yes photos won’t always look WOW & that is okay, everything is a process.

A small job from what I did last year, in the past I’ve wondered whether people would want to see photos of small jobs that may not always be so aesthetically WOW, but I’m going to try & share more of what I’m doing, regardless on whether or not it has that WOW factor.

This job required me to cut out for a rooflight, modify the roof structure and build an upstand for rooflight to be installed.

New Years Resolution.. try to get better at doing posts of work I’ve completed, of which I have notoriously been terrible at doing!

Here is a throwback to a job I did last year in August & September, some of this job involved:

-Demolishing and rebuilding a stone retaining wall along with 3 different levels of ponds connected with small waterfalls that connect into a bottom pond through a channel, all coped with fossil mint sandstone.

-Installed fossil mint paving slabs on terrace and on steps.

-Excavated and tiered garden into two seperate tiers.

-Built drystack stone platers and coped with fossil mint pavers.

-Turfed the whole area.

It was a large job, it involved bringing in support from other tradesmen like an electrician and working closely with an architect.
The end result was awesome.
