This has been a fantastic project from start to finish, with every apartment carefully refurbished to a high standard.

The apartments have been transformed with a fresh, modern feel, while making the very best use of the space available. Creating practical, stylish and functional living spaces throughout.

🎉PROJECT COMPLETE🎉

24 kitchens, 6 weeks, complete refurb!

After weeks of hard work and a huge amount of graft from the whole team, the 24 kitchens at Exeter University are now complete and ready for the students to return.

Taking on 24 full kitchen refurbishments and turning them around in 6 weeks was a big job, needing to be ready on time for the new academic year.

A massive WELL DONE to the entire team and Ricky cutajar 👏🏼.

This project has been a testament to the team’s dedication, organisation and ability to keep pushing to get the job finished on schedule.

Exeter Studio Apartments | Progress Update 🔨

Things are moving well at our Exeter studio apartment project.

With the initial rip out completed, the internal partitions are now in place and the panelling is underway, giving each apartment its own shape and bringing the layout to life.

This stage is where the transformation really starts to become visible. What began as a shell is now developing into modern, functional living spaces, ready for the next phases of the project.

Project Update – University Kitchen Refurbishment

We’re making great progress on our latest project, where the team is working on 24 kitchens at a local university.

✅ First fix plumbing completed
✅ Flooring now installed
