Attended this ATAG boiler that had intermittent hot water found that the wiring harness had a break in it to the diverter motor being ATAG partner installer we was able to get the parts next day and have the customer back up and running.

We was asked to attend to a leak on this boiler as well as constant loss of pressure at a business in bury unfortunately this customer was charged an eye watering amount for a small part that was never installed we found multiple issues and always show the customer what has been found and explain what needs to be replaced they was very happy to be shown this time and for me to talk them through it.

We was called to this old ideal boiler by a customer who was frustrated after 6 visits from different engineers that couldn’t diagnose the issue after 5 minutes the issue was found to be the cable that had started to degrade this was replaced along with the sump plate as we also found a leak customer is happy to have the boiler working again

Recently we came across a Facebook post looking for help for David who has been living for the past 3 years with no heating or hot water he didn’t qualify for a government grant so we stepped in with help from Mkm building supplies in bury who was happy to help with the boiler and we give our time at no cost to help David finally have a warm home and hot water again he was very emotional when we surprised him with his new boiler sometimes you just need to give a little back to someone in need.

This was a Christmas Eve call out to a boiler not working found the fan had failed and unfortunately all suppliers had closed early but managed to track one down and had to make a trip elsewhere to pick the part up unfortunately that had to go Xmas day without but managed to pick the part up early Boxing Day and get the customer back up and running for the rest of the Christmas holiday

Saturday evening call out to a leaking Worcester boiler this is a common issue with this boiler that’s why we carry all common spares for this one and was able to get the customer back up an running on our first visit.

Customer contacted us to say that there boiler was constantly losing pressure and that other engineers would just diagnose over the phone instead of a visit to do diagnostics and see what was the cause of the issue we paid a visit and found that the main heat exchanger had pinhole in it after the customer being told was just the expansion vessel this is why we will always do a visit to diagnose this was replaced and the customer is happy they don’t have to keep topping up multiple times a day.
