Job 2/2 of the last 2 weeks

This customer had suffered from leaks in and out of the bathroom causing damage to the floating floor and insulation throughout the home .

We removed all rotten chipboard and insulation

Re insulated and installed new chipboard flooring throughout hall way and bathroom

New laminate and skirting to replace water damaged in hall way

New shower tray and panels in shower area

New vinyl flooring installed

Good to have these guys with a bathroom they could finally use again .

New flooring and plaster boarding around bath area

We replaced the old brittle plastic tank that was full of scale .

And in its place goes our new poly tank coffin tank

Dot and dabbed every wall for a fresh flat start for our tilling and plastering 🩵

Jackoboard down on the floor for our porcelain tiles 💚

Grey tiles with white grout all round the wet areas 🤍

New l shape bath with shower
New vanity unit and toilet
Towel rail ❤️

Shower pump to give optimal pressure for out shower .🩵

Needless to say end result looks amazing.

Today jay swapped out this old and brittle cold water storage cistern in totton

Our customer got in contact due to her neighbours around her having trouble with there loft tanks splitting!

Luckily new leaf plumbing and heating was on hand to help 😎

Replacing with a new poly plumb coffin tank

Slight pipework alterations carried out
