We’ve repaired the floor…. Course you have… NOT

Some more social housing work… lifted all the rotten flooring and 2nd layer of floor tiles (floorboards were water stained not wet) 9mm ply over the top to match other “repair” then levelled just in case. And vinyl over the top!

Not what I was expecting to walk into that’s for sure!

But Sergei was very pleased with the end result and so am I

Partial Bathroom refurb completed for a large housing provider, they are going in to finish off the bits they broke! Walked away from the job as the floor was rotten!

Lifted 3 layers of floor, replaced subfloor and joists, built shower tray plinth, refitted sink and toilet, fitted new wall panels and shower cubicle and finished off with new flooring
