Strimming and brush cutting over overgrown vegetation to locate a water drain manhole , water pipe and gateway in woughton on the Green community orchard.

Now the obstacles have been located the water pipe and manhole can be repaired and maintained. And access for the gate also!

Drain ditch strimming and clearing for the parks trust carried out on Thursday, the vegetation was overgrown and in much needed cut down.

Now it’s been removed the digger contractor can remove excess soil and make the ditches more clear.

The photos don’t show the ditches very well but several channels run along this area!

Boundary Clearance Works for The Parks Trust

Boundary clearance works carried out today on behalf of the The Parks Trust.

Following a thorough inspection for nesting birds, we carried out side overhang hedge cutting along with strimming of long grass and w**ds, bringing the area back to a safe, tidy, and manageable condition.

These boundary maintenance works help keep access routes clear, improve the appearance of the area, and make ongoing maintenance much more straightforward.

This certainly isn't our first boundary clearance project, and it won't be our last! 😁

Garden Tidy-Up for a Long-Term Customer

On Monday, we carried out a garden tidy-up for a long-term customer’s property.

Sadly, Mrs Baxter passed away a couple of years ago, and her son recently contacted us to help bring the garden back under control by cutting the hedges and strimming and treating the w**ds.

The garden had become fairly overgrown, although we've certainly seen much worse over the years.

Before any hedge cutting commenced, both sides of the hedges were thoroughly checked for nesting birds to ensure the work could be carried out responsibly and in accordance with wildlife best practices.

The standing areas were strimmed and treated with Roundup Pro Bio to help manage unwanted w**d growth and improve the overall appearance of the garden.

It was nice to be back at a property we've looked after for many years, albeit under sad circumstances.

RIP Mrs Baxter. A truly lovely lady who was always pleased to see us. We'll certainly miss the chats, the cups of tea, and the dark chocolate Kit-Kats that were always waiting for us.

Our thoughts are with her family. ❤️🌿

An old customer of mine broke their mower and asked me to cut it for them 😆 a tad long!

Not a good idea to leave your lawn so long as all the growth and greenery is in the top layers so once cut down it’s all brown and stringy underneath.

Strimmed and mowed with an Etesia mulching mower.

Hopefully they’ll get their mower fixed soon and they’ll keep on top of the grass 🤪🤪

Nice chainsawing and splitting job today in Buckingham, mix of softwood and hardwood and even a bit of ancient eucalyptus! And under cover which is always nice when it’s a tad warm!

The Sullivans 16 tonne tow behind splitter is a beast 💪💪💪 absolutely love using it.

Last Friday we had the pleasure of carrying out some chainsawing up of some large oversized rounds of some beech wood for Louis, both Louis and his wife kindly marked up the lengths for us and shifted the rounds we cut onto pallets so Russel and I could maximise the wood cutting!

Despite the heat we cut a fair amount up for them and Some massive bits in there some over 800mm in diameter!

Now all we have cut is ready for Louis to split and pack in IBCs ready for next wood selling season!
