💥 SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED – CARDIFF AREA 💥
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team on projects in the Cardiff area.
🏗️ Requirements:
✅ Valid CSCS Card
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
✅ Proven experience supervising construction projects
✅ Ability to confidently manage builds independently
✅ Strong understanding of NHBC standards
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Reliable, organised and professional
✅ Able to maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and subcontractors
The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for overseeing builds, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
