Old cement was removed and replaced. old plain tile caps replaced with new undercloak for a lighter and cleaner look.

Now you see it… Now you don’t!

Chimney removal today. Owners of this Disused chimney wanted it gone so we took it down below the roofline so that the owner could continue its complete removal.
We then repaired and braced the existing hole and continued new tiles and ridge over the top as if it was never there!

Ridgeline replacement on this property in Melksham. Customer reached out regarding a leak. On inspection we found that all of the cement holding their ridge tiles together had completely gone. We then installed a dry ridge system which is the best way to install a maintenance free ridgeline.

Had to replace this rubber outlet which had failed. Water was tracking back into the room below due to the outlet not being long enough and not having enough of a fall.

Outlet was also too high so water had to build up in the flat roof before it could run away.

2 velux windows replaced today. old windows were Installed poorly and the brackets were installed using 10mm felt tacks instead of using the velux screws and plates provided with the kits.

Out with the old and in with brand new.

Little low level competed earlier this week, new felt, baton, insulation and lead flashings.

This roof had seen better days.. upon being called out for a few broken tiles, it was discovered that their was no felt or insulation under the tiles which was causing the office below to be constantly cold!

So we were asked to come back and do something about it!
