This roof was over 80 years old since it was last slated. It needed felt and new battens as the slate had nail rot due to the age. I reused the slate with a hook fixing. New vented ridge system installed for maximum ventilation. New lead on both chimneys and a Velux dome installed.

Small up and over asbestos roof, completed with new grey green Brazilian hook fix slate. Both chimneys have been done with new lead aprons and cover flashing. Side rangers on both gable ends have been finished with slate hung to give it a nice finish. New black fascias and guttering, finished off with a nice cornish pattern.
