Apprentices.

A big thanks to and Steve Bull for supplying our apprentice Mikey with tools to set him up for his apprenticeship.

The construction industry is facing a recruitment crisis. Whilst the approach to addressing this needs to be multi-faceted, training & supporting an apprentice is a great place for any business to start.

Apprenticeships not only encourage people into the industry by providing some financial & job security. It allows the apprentice to gain the important skills from College and adapt them to your working practises from the offset.
