For the last quarter of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 we have been working on this fantastic bungalow carrying out a prc repair which has also included two new extensions , a garage renovation into a bedroom with ensuite and internal modifications including the creation of two new Bathrooms . During the course of the works the existing roof covering was stripped and along with the extensions replaced with a zinc roof covering expertly installed by Zinc Roofing. Our second prc cornish unit bungalow repair included demolition of a previous extension and rebuild on the north cornwall coast .
Also the removal of a chimney and an internal wall , take down and rebuild of bathroom and bedroom walls to create a larger bathroom space ,self leveling existing lounge floor and reboarding and skimming all ceilings . Some finishing works still to be completed by others as we go onto our next project . Thankyou very much to the owners for having us and for the snacks . Its been a while so here is an update on the first 6 months of this year . We have been really busy carrying out two prc cornish unit bungalow repairs. The first of the year in mid cornwall included demolition and a rebuild of a back porch . Structural work , rebuilding ,windows, skimming and plastering carried out by ourselves finishing completed by owner after we had completed our works .

Update on our last few months. After completing the cornish unit house repair in St Merryn we carried out a repair to a woolaway prc bungalow nr Truro. We are currently progressing really well on another Bungalow repair that has had several extensions added to it in the past which has made for an interesting repair in respect of finding and removing the old prc.
