Here is some ongoing alteration work to a property where they only had one socket in each room. So I am adding and updating the sockets and lighting ready for them to move in.

I have added sockets and lights, but have also patched the walls back in afterwards, as shown, ready for the plasterer to start.

Here is a conversion from a storage shed into a stable block. The customer is very happy and is planning on having the rest of the block converted.

I have installed weatherproof LED lighting, moved the switching outside and concealed all cables in reinforced steel conduit to protect the horses.

Here is a new lighting layout in an art gallery I installed a short while ago. The client was very pleased and I have subsequently completed a number of other electrical jobs for this customer.

Myself and the customer worked closely to ensure the correct level of light was obtained, whilst maintaining a clean, tidy & stylish finish.

Here is a recent distribution/fuse board upgrade I completed in Ponsanooth. The photos show the process involved to replace a standard consumer unit (not many are as straight forward as this one!). The finished result has all the modern shock protection equipment for maximum safety and is tested and certified by myself at JEM Electrical.

Lovely kitchen refit completed in Camborne this week. It has had a new electric cooker, a separate hob and a new extractor fan fitted, various sockets have been added and re-positioned, with the new addition under unit spot lights all finished in brushed chrome fixtures and fittings and looking very crisp and smart. Thanks to L Manna Carpentry for the wrok, it was great to be working together again.

Just completed a full kitchen re-fit near Camborne. All new LED spotlights, brushed chrome fixtures and fittings. Under cupboard LED spotlights, under worktop LED strip lighting, a new induction hob, built in oven and built in microwave. The finished product is looking great and the customer was very pleased! Great to work with L Manna Carpentry, the job went very smoothly and hopefully there will be many more!

Here are some before, during and after shots of a spot lights installation I completed in Falmouth recently. The customer was very happy with them and it was left ready for the plasterer who was booked in to patch in the holes and put a fresh skim of plaster on to get rid of that old artex!
