Phase 1 well under way of these residential park homes in Newquay, much better when the sun is shining ☀️

Some before, during and after shots of a recent showeroom refurb we carried out. The old shower tray and waste were both leaking for quite some time due to poor installation. The customer decided to go for the full rip out-belt and braces approach seeing as this room is situated on the 2nd floor. A lot of thought and work went into this one. We found floor joists miles out of level, along with other nasties that you tend to find when rooms are taken back to the bare bones.
We now have full access to the shower, W.C and basin pipework for any future dramas. Happy with the final result.
