We recently completed a roof refurbishment to resolve ongoing leaks caused by defective welding of single-ply membrane and inadequate parapet upstands.

The works involved stripping back the existing roof covering and decking, adapting the zinc cladding, forming new parapet upstands, and installing a robust liquid roofing system with new zinc cappings.

To further enhance the roof, additional ventilation was added to improve airflow within the “cold roof”.

Recently completed sedum roof ‘re roof’ . This involved removing the existing defective sedum covering, jet washing the area to clear debris, applying a flexible GRP waterproofing system over the existing felt, and installing fresh sedum trays, washed pebble boarders, stainless steel wire bird deterrent and an easy watering system .

Introducing our drone – the DJI Matrice 4 Series.

It’s one of the best on the market, and it’s easy to see why!

The footage it captures is crystal clear, allowing us to spot every detail needed to identify faults and detect issues that require attention.

Equipped with advanced features like smart detection and a laser range finder it brings precision to a whole new level.

Using the super resolution telephoto, we are able to get incredible close up shots of defects and details from up to 250 metres away.

Its infra red feature shows us the changes in temperature which expose moisture or insulation issues.

Thanks to these features, we can now produce annotated aerial views of buildings more effectively and efficiently. This allows us to pinpoint exactly where defects are and what areas need further inspection.

A recent ‘re-roof’ over an office block in Leamington Spa, where it was essential there was no risk of water pe*******on, consisting of a 9mm high density recovery board, over the existing roof covering, with “Danosa Danopol”, 1.5mm single ply membrane to field areas and upstands. Featuring a rainwater outlet securely sealed by hot air welding for leak proof drainage.

-High tensile strength.
-High resistance to tearing.
-Hot air welded, a flame free system forming a homogenous roofing system.
