Just a quick video showing you how easy this liquid masking tape from 🇳🇱 is to use! 👌🏼

Simply brush it on, applying two coats, paint the windows as normal, then run a sharp knife around the edges and peel it off!

This has been on for a good few weeks now, and even with this heat, it still comes away really cleanly and easily.

Such a simple product that can save loads of time when masking up windows! 🔥

Before and after of this former window we cladded today 👌

The client has chosen to have all of the property’s timber clad in PVCU to create a low-maintenance, long-lasting exterior. They asked us to finish these remaining areas too, ensuring the whole property is protected and virtually maintenance-free for years to come.

It’s the small details that complete the job. 💪

🏠 Over 140 metres of timber fascias, soffits and gable ends have now been transformed with low-maintenance PVCu cladding, giving this property a clean, fresh look that’s built to last.

The brief from the client was simple: create a maintenance-free exterior.

Alongside the cladding, we’ve also carried out extensive works to all 6 chimneys, weatherproofing each one, and renewed 2 flat roofs to ensure the property is protected for years to come.

Scaffolding comes down next week once we’ve completed the final finishing touches, and we can’t wait to reveal the finished result.

Another micro cement project well underway. This bathroom is being transformed with seamless micro cement applied to the ceiling, walls, floor, and even the bespoke MDF unit built to house the new boiler.

All surfaces have now been fully meshed and the two base coats have been applied. Next up is a light de-nib before the fine finish coat goes on, bringing everything together into one clean, contemporary space.

It’s been a busy 10 days, but this open-plan kitchen, hallway, stairs and landing are now complete.

With multiple trades all working on site at the same time, it’s been a real team effort to keep everything moving while I carried out my work. Projects like this only come together when everyone pulls in the same direction, and the end result speaks for itself.

Really pleased with how this one has turned out. On to the next! 💪

Love this voiceover, so had to use it on this reel.

Adulthood’s hard 😅… but working with people who genuinely know their trade and take pride in every detail makes the graft a lot more enjoyable.

We’ve patched the front of this listed property using a like-for-like render, keeping everything true to the original. It’s nearly ready for paint now, and it’s starting to come together nicely.

Progress is coming together nicely! 🙌 🛠️

The ceilings and walls have now been overboarded and are all ready for plastering this week. Next week we’ll be building the media wall, while the new bespoke cornice is being handcrafted off-site. Once the media wall is complete, the cornice will be installed to bring everything together.

Remember this one from a few days ago? The lads have absolutely smashed it in this heat! 🔥💪

We’ve opened up the space and completed the preparation work, ready for some monstrous steel beams to be installed early next week. Looking forward to seeing this transformation really start to take shape.
