WE’RE HIRING – DECORATORS / TRAINEE DECORATORS

We’re looking to add to our team as the business continues to grow.

We have opportunities available for both Experienced Decorators and Trainee / Assistant Decorators.

Experienced Decorators:
We’re looking for decorators with a proven track record of high-quality decorating work and good customer service. Spraying experience would be ideal, particularly with airless spraying, but we’re also interested in experienced decorators who are keen to develop their spraying skills. The role includes all aspects of decorating, from preparation through to final finish.

Trainee / Assistant Decorators:
No experience is required, but you must have the right attitude, be willing to learn, and be happy getting stuck in with prep, masking, sanding and general site support.

The work across both roles includes domestic decorating, decorating as part of larger renovation projects, and kitchen and fitted furniture resprays.

We’re looking for people who are:

Reliable and punctual
Hard-working with a good attitude
Polite and respectful in customers’ homes
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Proud of doing things properly
Keen to learn and improve
Experience is great, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Competitive rates of pay are available across all roles and will be based on experience.

Projects are predominantly based in Mid Sussex and the surrounding areas.
