Another driveway transformation completed! 🧱

A full landscaping and driveway project completed from start to finish, including all excavation, ground preparation and laying of the new driveway.

We also carried out:
Rebuilt the front block wall
Re-dashed the wall and added a new dropkerb
Widened the original driveway entrance
New brickwork throughout
Built bespoke brick and oak sleeper planters to the rear of the property

A lot of preparation and hard work went into this one with awkward access to the back of the property but the finished result has completely transformed the front and rear of the property with everything taken care of by us from the groundwork right through to the finishing touches.

2 months into this project and what a transformation it’s been.

Starting with a full strip-out and demolition, we’ve completed the excavation works, installed new foundations, poured the concrete slab, built the new blockwork, and now have the roof trusses in place and all rafters fitted ready for the next stage.

Over the past few weeks we’ve successfully excavated for the new reinforced concrete raft foundation and completed the basement infill. Following compaction, a plate load test was carried out, achieving excellent results and confirming the ground is ready for the next phase.

With the groundwork complete, we’re now ready to form the shutters, prepare the reinforcement, and begin the structural steel works.

Projects like this take careful planning, skilled workmanship, and a great team effort, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come in such a short time.
