A return to Tenacity Fitness this time to renovate the front of the building to allow for 2x new shops, this building has been derelict for over 15 years!

New doorway knock through
Suspended floor for level threshold
New w/c toilet, basin and water heater
Porcelain entrance steps

Second fix joinery
And fire alarm to conform to commercial building regs

Ready for a lick of paint and the new tenants to move in.

Our matlock job now fully plastered ready to second fix, turnaround time on this has been fantastic thanks to all the lads involved! To think this was a bare roofless shell and we were lifting all the steels in mid december! Top work 👏🏻

End of week 3 on matlocks bungalow project.

Inside completely stripped/gutted
Internal walls removed
Suspended floors removed
Over 30 tonnes of hardcore crushed and recycled for new floor build up
Foundations dug and poured for the internal steel structure
All drainage alterations and service ducting installed
Scaffolding up
Roof fully stripped
New steel structure craned in and installed ready for the roof build
Boundary retaining wall and steps built

Progression on this build has been fantastic!

Our current conversion/renovation/remodel and extension coming along nicely in darley bridge, a short wait on the windows/doors while the 1st fix elecs and plumbing goes in, then its plastering, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fit out with a few oak beams and rendering externally then over the line for christmas. Fantastic project this one.

An extension recently completed in hasland, along with a huge concrete shed/hot tub area, porcelain patio and garden path, full downstairs renovation consisting of a knock through between the new kitchen and living room, converting the old kitchen into a downstairs wetroom/wc and utility room, boiler relocation, consumer unit upgrade, hall way and snug/playroom strip back with wiring alterations, plastering works and new doors/doorframes etc, all works completed in house leaving the customer at ease of having to sort further tradesmen. This has totally transformed the look and feel of the house.
