Relocation of riser comms/security equipment to a temporary panel whilst the builders rebuild the riser partition to meet fire compartmentation regulations. Here we came up with a solution doubling up 41x41mm Unistrut braced off the existing tray for sub mains laterals and bolted in a temporary ply panel to accommodate the equipment.

We recently completed remedial works for an M&E contractor on behalf of a nationwide health club operator.

Following reported issues with the AHU’s fan belt operation, we attended site to survey the existing BMS control panel and associated AHU equipment. Our investigation identified several faults within the control and power circuits that were affecting reliable operation of the AHU.

The works included the replacement of faulty contactors, fuse carriers, thermal overload relays, pilot lights, fan step controller, damaged isolators, control switching and associated components.

Once the remedial works were complete, the installation was fully tested and commissioned back into service, restoring correct operation of the AHU fan control system and returning the ventilation system to a reliable working condition.

Plant room power installation in 25mm galvanised conduit all ready for BMS Field wiring and associated m&e trades ready to install & commission. It was difficult getting a fixing in this very old clay pot and slab ceiling but the team did their best and came up with a solution.

Office power and data upgrade completed for this commercial office reconfiguration to meet the new tenant’s requirements. 🌐 ⚡️

The works were carried out to support the revised workspace layout and incoming operational requirements. This included the installation of new power outlets, data points, floor boxes, and associated containment, providing a flexible and practical office distribution system.

Installation of a new 15U comms cabinet to house the network infrastructure. Data cabling terminated, labelled, and tested. The installation is now ready for the ISP connection and handover to the IT team.

Job completion in old street today. New power installed in main office and meeting rooms to supply under desk furniture PDU’s.
