💥 This fence was a straight and level as the leaning tower of pisa 💥

The team at Fox Red Property Services. We Were contacted by our client for 2 reasons. Firstly they wanted to increase the security and privacy of there garden and secondly the fence was a absolute state and needed to replaced.

So we gave the client a couple of options to on how to sort this out with 2 styles of fencing. They chose to upgrade with the featheredge panels and gravel boards to a height of 6ft6".

After ripping out the old panels and a very short fight removing the old posts which were only installed 1 foot deep. 🤔 why people think that's acceptable we don't know. Yet again a cowboy job done by the previous installer. We install new 8foot 6" concrete posts at a depth of 2 feet and installed a good 1 foot x 1 foot square of concrete round each. New 6 inch concrete gravel boards and new 6 foot feather edge panels.
And for an added touch a gate for access for the client to clear the over grown area behind there property so they can maintain it themselves.

And just a couple of extras while on site including the weather treatment works on a small fence and 2 sheds and 9 pavers relaid on a drive way in which we forgot to photos of because it was raining.

🚨 🚨 Emergency job carried out by Fox Red Property Services 🚨 🚨

This emergency job was desperately needed by one our clients who sadly took a tumble and broke their Hip. So it was all hands to the pumps to build this platform and ramp access to aid our client gain better access and egress into there property. So 2 disabled ramps and some timber later here we have as requested a temporary access solution for the client.
In addition we installed 3 hand rails for extra safety.

COWBOY BUILDER /ROUGE TRADER ALERT!!!!!!!!!
It absolutely boils our p**s when we get calls from clients who have been ripped off and left with an absolute S**t job by anyone. In the 16 years in the trades we have never seen such an awful job as this. Our client had trusted the so called tradesman if that's what you want to Call them. To do a simple 7x5 concrete patio base. Where is Dominic Littlewood when you need him!

Apparently this means chucking some aggregate on grass and wetting it and chucking some cement in. It didn't even measure 7x5 it measure 6"8x4"9.

Well Fox Red Property Services to the rescue and to sort this one out good and proper. Quick tap tap with a slegdy and it was out in 15 mins. Took us longer to drink our brew!

Well let's tell Mr groundwork how it's done. Dig it out 6 inches put w**d membrane in, then put 100mm of.type 1 in the hole level and whacker it alot! Then build shuttering taking into account the thickeners of your timbers, level it, then actually mix some concrete in a mixer, pour it, level it, tamp it then float finish it.

Part 2 of 2. As 1 is built one must come down. This one tested our team in many ways. Long hours, tool break downs at the absolute wrong times and a summer house built to withstand a nuclear explosion
Well bit of persistents ,grit and determination down it came followed by the Wooping girth tree it was built round was finally toppled. Even after our chainsaw decided to break. We got the lot gone and in the skip we had off site. Fox Red Property Services 1 summer house nil.
