So bailey the boss dog has had a terrible few weeks. As you know he had surgery two weeks ago to remove a lump from his eye and a big fatty lump from his leg. He's been on countless eye drops antibiotics probiotics and pain relief and his silly cone. He then had an ulcer in his eye. But thankfully that has now gone . So more drops just to be safe the leg and eye surgery wounds are nearly healed up now. And he can have the cone off. It's been a hard road for him but he's doing amazing.

Yet another fence destroyed by people letting plants and ivy grow up them. so in come the team to fix the problem.
This time we installed 9 foot concrete posts due to the height difference followed by a concrete gravel board and 6x6 panels.
The team grafted through the heat. (All 3 of us are currently suffering from the effects of the heat.)

Yet again another job on our door stop over the weekend to carry out this fence replacement after the old fence had well and truly seen its day. Ivy had well and truly attacked it.

This project was carried out for a landlord through one of our commercial clients.

A small landscaping Job completed by the team Fox Red Property Services for one of loyal repeat clients.
This one was just a top up of gravel and a simple refresh of this space. Surprisingly shallows 2.4 tonnes to do this small job.

So we did a small job of dismantling this shed and moving it to the back of the garden for a customer. Fox Red Property Services dismantled it carefully and re built it in the new area and we also gave it a fresh lot of shed felt.

Well this one was a marathon and definitely not a sprint for the team .
35.53 metres of vertical venetian composite walnut fencing.
So let's break that down 20x 2.4m Aluminium post
So 20 300x300 wide holes by 500m deep holes
38x top and bottom rails
171 pieces of composite.
And 1 angle adapter
And a cubic metre of concrete later and this fence is now able to withstand 100mph winds. Very happy clients with the finished product and doggy! Bailey the boss dog had his temporary side kick vinny the vizsla ( supervisor) to help him!! And we had the boss dog and his supervisor barking orders at us and checking our work!!

have yet again been called back by one of our loyal clients this time to build on some of our previous work.

Previous we installed this terracotta tiled patio about 2 years ago, upon the base in which the client had previously done. This time it was to extend the outdoor living space and create a space for the clients new purchase of the pitmaster 2000 nick named the beast.

So the team got to work extending the patio space with some riven grey pavers the client had acquired for the pitmasters new home.
Followed by the pergola election that the client had also acquired to sit over the terracotta patio we added 4x scaffolding tubes add support to the pergola dug into the ground and concreted in.

Then we added a breeze block wall with some lovely sandstone kandla grey coping stones supplied by . The wall will be at a later date be tiled upon the final decision of the right tile the client decides upon.

We did also carry out a few small jobs whilst on site with another aco drain installation on a previous path we installed. And cutting a drainage channel infront of a shed for water run off.

With a very happy client on this one and they are looking forward to good weather to continue for more time to enjoy the pitmaster 2000.

If a landscaper or even any company says all my jobs run smoothly and we don't have a problem that could properly de rail your project then they would be lying.

This one tested us to the very last slab.

So we were contact by the Client to extend there patio and create a flower bed border for there new build property.
After a visit and taking numerous measurements. We quoted for the works. After further discussions we were told that the original turf installer would be having to remove the full lot and re do it all.
So preparations were made for this. Then it hadn't happened by the time we arrived.

Now problem number 1. Access - after taking careful measurements we knew getting the plant machinery into the rear garden was going to be exceeding tight. Well to say you couldn't fit a fag paper between the tracks of the digger and the fence and the shockingly installed soil pipe was ridiculous. We knew the track width so we knew it would be fun. Well after some more measuring we found the dumper we hired was infact not going to fit due to the soil pipe being bowed out on the new build and the dumper bin would cause damage so we had to go old school and barrow 13 tonnes of what Beal homes claimed was topsoil round to the skips. More like solid lumps of clay.

Well if that wasn't a big enough problem we had ordered the pavers. 450x 450mm textured buff paving. Well what arrived was infact just that. But they turned out to be wrong. They sat as a grey colour no where near the right ones. No ones mistake really just weren't right. Well after running around at 8pm on a night trying to resolve this it turned out they were a brand we never even heard of. Some research at 10 am Friday morning lead us on a frantic road trip to huws and grays in Barnsley!!!!!!! For 102 of the right pavers. When we had been told MKM stocked them. Yes they do but nearest depot with any was in Morpeth in Cumbria!!!!!
Well we had a deadline in this project and it was finished on time.

So 25m x 3 feet of flower bed installed and 102 450x450 of the correct pavers later and the client now has exactly what they asked for.
