have yet again been called back by one of our loyal clients this time to build on some of our previous work.

Previous we installed this terracotta tiled patio about 2 years ago, upon the base in which the client had previously done. This time it was to extend the outdoor living space and create a space for the clients new purchase of the pitmaster 2000 nick named the beast.

So the team got to work extending the patio space with some riven grey pavers the client had acquired for the pitmasters new home.
Followed by the pergola election that the client had also acquired to sit over the terracotta patio we added 4x scaffolding tubes add support to the pergola dug into the ground and concreted in.

Then we added a breeze block wall with some lovely sandstone kandla grey coping stones supplied by . The wall will be at a later date be tiled upon the final decision of the right tile the client decides upon.

We did also carry out a few small jobs whilst on site with another aco drain installation on a previous path we installed. And cutting a drainage channel infront of a shed for water run off.

With a very happy client on this one and they are looking forward to good weather to continue for more time to enjoy the pitmaster 2000.

If a landscaper or even any company says all my jobs run smoothly and we don't have a problem that could properly de rail your project then they would be lying.

This one tested us to the very last slab.

So we were contact by the Client to extend there patio and create a flower bed border for there new build property.
After a visit and taking numerous measurements. We quoted for the works. After further discussions we were told that the original turf installer would be having to remove the full lot and re do it all.
So preparations were made for this. Then it hadn't happened by the time we arrived.

Now problem number 1. Access - after taking careful measurements we knew getting the plant machinery into the rear garden was going to be exceeding tight. Well to say you couldn't fit a fag paper between the tracks of the digger and the fence and the shockingly installed soil pipe was ridiculous. We knew the track width so we knew it would be fun. Well after some more measuring we found the dumper we hired was infact not going to fit due to the soil pipe being bowed out on the new build and the dumper bin would cause damage so we had to go old school and barrow 13 tonnes of what Beal homes claimed was topsoil round to the skips. More like solid lumps of clay.

Well if that wasn't a big enough problem we had ordered the pavers. 450x 450mm textured buff paving. Well what arrived was infact just that. But they turned out to be wrong. They sat as a grey colour no where near the right ones. No ones mistake really just weren't right. Well after running around at 8pm on a night trying to resolve this it turned out they were a brand we never even heard of. Some research at 10 am Friday morning lead us on a frantic road trip to huws and grays in Barnsley!!!!!!! For 102 of the right pavers. When we had been told MKM stocked them. Yes they do but nearest depot with any was in Morpeth in Cumbria!!!!!
Well we had a deadline in this project and it was finished on time.

So 25m x 3 feet of flower bed installed and 102 450x450 of the correct pavers later and the client now has exactly what they asked for.

Disclaimer: we did not lay the turf or install any other garden fixtures.

Just another patio that desperately needed the help of Fox Red Property Services

This time we were met with probably the worst failed joints we have ever seen. So bad you could just pull the sandy mix of what ever the original installer had shoved in and called it jointing compound with a screw driver. After chasing out all the joints down to the correct depth in preparation for new jointing compound.
A quick clean with SCRUBB Global products and a sealer applied we were ready for the final part

The installation of the top tier Nexus Titan Projoint resin grout by Nexus Pro Systems Ltd Colour of Mid Grey requested by the Client.

With a few simple but effective steps this patio is now restored. And it's grout is now frost resistant, w**d resistant, pressure wash resistant, and rated to hold up to 10 tonnes.

Now we have a very happy client whos looking forward to enjoying the restored patio this year and for years to come. Even boss dog himself was sat admiring the work in the sunshine.

This time creating a simple but effective privacy adaption to an existing fence. Adding 100mm 6-foot palings to the rear of the fence.
Which will keep prying eyes out and give our clients some privacy in there own garden.

Something a bit different this time. Pulling some old skills out of our arsenal at Fox Red Property Services for some drainage works.
Client wanted to improve the water run off from there yard where the dog go to toilet. And prevent it from gathering in soil anymore.

So we knew what we needed to catch it all. So we did this the right way. In come the guys from JBW Drainage for us to carry out a camera survey to locate the pipe work. Rather the guessing and spend more time trying to find the pipe. And confirming this was a soak away for surface water also. Job done by them Client quoted for the job now we knew the extent of the install and so could have all the parts delivered rather then running around trying to get them thus delaying the job. Efficiency 101.

So our very own hole digging specialist got to work find our pipe exactly where it was meant it be.

Chop out a section, put in a new junction line up where the Aco drains were going to land, good old push fit 110mm pipes and connectors and you there you have it. New connection into the soak away.
Install the Aco drains and water test with a drop of green dye and everything was good as gold. Then to fun part of humpty dumpy back together again.

Another Job done with 2 very happy human clients and 2 very inquisitive k9 clients.

Fox Red Property Services Absolutely smashing this one out of the park and the pictures just don't this one justice.

28m of venitian fencing installed for a fantastic Couple. And Even we were blown away by the transformation on this project. And the client was even more Shocked. And the words they used to describe it were "That looks Phenomenal "

Unfortunately on this project Our very own Boss Dog was absent as he was on R&R So we recruited the help of the Clients 2 Adorable Fox Red Labs as Stand in Site Managers. And even did a cracking pose for the camera.

So 2 human clients that are very happy with the result and 2 K9 Clients wagging with excitement as to the new style of fence. (Awaiting there time to mark it as there own)

Yet another job carried out by Fox Red Property Services for a lovely couple right on our doorstep. New grout and pressure wash clean carried out.

With the help from out trusted and go to exterior cleaning chemical company SCRUBB Global Add a cocktail of thier black spot cleaner, algae remover and patio and driveway cleaner plus 3000psi of pressure washing power and boom the results speak for them selves.

And with thanks to West Building Supplies Ltd beverley for supplying the 6 tubs of new grout to make this patio brand fire new again.

Very happy to have worked with these clients to restore the patio back to a former glory.

A Tidy little fencing number for a lovely couple in Walkington.

Nothing to elaborate but a like for like match to restore an old rotten fence that had been attacked by ivy. Out with the old posts and in with 7 new ones installed 2 foot deep and topped to the brim with post crete. None of this 1 bag a post cowboy installer business we've seen. Each hole had a minimum of 3 bags in worst hole swallowed 5 and a half. So absolutely solid.
Adapted 5 new panels to make the fence 💪.

Few other small odd jobs, driveway patch releveled, small cellar door repair and gutter fix, for the lovely clients which we carried out free of charge as our way of giving back to our community. Fencing part was paid for.
