Do you have a room in your house that you no longer use?

From a swimming pool room with countless storage rooms converted into a dream games room with indoor bbq and underground wine cellar, nothing is too much for Oakmont developments.

These lovely clients approached us with this swimming pool room that hasn’t been used in years, with no inspiration of what they desired from this space, the Oakmont development team created a 3D design to show them exactly how their space was going to look. We utilized every square inch including converting the deepest part of the swimming pool into a state of the art underground wine cellar, enough to hold 1500 bottles of their choice.
