Replaced an Alpha combi boiler with a Worcester 1000 combi, complete with vertical flue, magnetic filter and wireless controls. The central heating system was flushed and chemical treatment added. All pipework was replaced and refitted to accommodate the new positions for gas, heating, hot/cold supplies and condensation pipework.

Complete with a 5 year parts and labour manufacturers warranty. A full service must be carried out annually and in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, to ensure that the warranty remains valid.

Conventional heating and hot water system conversion from an old Baxi Bermuda back boiler (one of my favourites), which has made way for a new Main condensing combination boiler. Cylinder, tanks, gas fire, back boiler and redundant pipe work have been removed. New combination boiler relocated to the hallway cupboard in fully insulated copper pipework and soldered fittings. New radiators installed along with thermostatic radiator valves through out. Boiler plus compliant Wireless programmable thermostat installed, wired ‘open-therm’ to give added control over the boilers function. The current heating bills ever rising always makes it a pleasure to help keep those dreaded heating bills down!

Radiator install done recently. New radiator connected onto the existing pipe work. Central heating system has been flushed and protected with anti-corrosion inhibitor after the recent boiler upgrade.
p.s that’s not my real face!

Small pipe alterations to achieve the new gas connection to this Samsung hob. Adding gas isolation for future works and separation from the gas supply if any maintenance issues arise. great customers made this install a pleasure! Top notch biscuit and brew in the process made it that much easier! 🔥

Little tidy up under this kitchen sink. Trying to make the most of the space available in the cupboard for storage. Adding isolation valves to all plumbing draw off points and utilities to allow for easy servicing and replacement if any problems arise in the future.

Plumbing in this new washing machine had quite a tricky pipe route. My customer and I decided to opt for pipe work being on show rather than boxed in. Opted for an industrial look with more bends and less joints.

Replaced an old Worcester 240 combination boiler with a Baxi 825, complete with Adey magnetic system filter, providing this boiler with a 10 years Baxi assured warranty, parts & Labour.

Pipework reconfigured below floor level and gas supply upgraded in size to meet regulations.

Central heating system has been flushed and protected with anti corrosion inhibitor.

Teamed up with Daniel Christopher Jones DCJ Property Maintenance to complete this full bathroom refurb in Cottam.

Full rip out and disposal of existing suite.

Installation of customer supplied bathroom and towel warmer. All pipe boxing removed and new pipework has been concealed in walls and floor. Walls and floor fully tiled with the addition of an inset shelf. Ceiling re plastered and painted.
