Planning Approved!🔥 Planning approval has been granted for an infill plot in a picturesque area of Cornwall, near St Austell. The client sought approval to build a dwelling in their garden, while also improving access to their existing property. Securing this approval has had a transformative impact on the client’s vision for the future, and we’re thrilled to have contributed to this project, overcoming the challenges of this complex site. #2025

Nestled in the serene embrace of a tranquil cul-de-sac in Cornwall, you’ll find this exquisite commercial property. We gently guided the flow of planning changes and building regulations. Working closely with our client and contractor, we ensured that any challenges encountered during construction were met with swift and meticulous solutions.
During the works we undertook planning and building regulation Submissions for a company that now occupies several of the units. These amendments were tailored to suit their unique ‘fit out’ needs and requirements.

Great to see another project complete ! This property underwent complete rebuild in recent years to match the existing Farmhouse. While the rebuild was exquisitely undertaken it lacked a clear focal point and entrance. Part of the brief was to create two separate extensions to the property to provide two completely different elements. Firstly to provide increased living space and secondly to create a new entrance. While the extensions are totally separate both in distance and size it was important to create both spaces to add to the character of the Farmhouse as well as function for the owners.

New planning updates for class Q&R barn conversions have just come into force which make gaining approval less restrictive but also allow you to do a lot more and convert a lot more space. Get in contact if you have unused barns which could benefit from these changes and untap a new revenue stream.

APPROVAL: We have been incredibly busy and not posted all of our approvals or updates but here's one we that just went through, working to support Paul Bateman of Influence Planning, an exceptional Planning consultant to provide concept through to final plans for submission for a one off forever home looking out over stunning views of the River Tamar for what will certainly be an exceptional forever home.
