🌳🌲TREE PLANTER JOBS🌲🌳
Fancy a role where you're active, outdoors, seeing different places and leaving a legacy in the natural world?
It's hard work- yesterday we shifted 17 tonnes of top soil, and have planted, staked and tubed 4800 trees in the last week.
We're looking to add to our team of Tree Planters to meet demand for more and more trees to be planted. We're based near Guisborough, Cleveland, with work in the North East and North Yorkshire; we return home each night so no staying away, with transport available.
The work is varied, you might be re-stocking a recently felled woodland, planting large standard trees as part of a community event, or planting tubed and staked whips in an urban woodland.
You'll be fit enough to spend the day active, be prepared to be outside in all weathers, have a desire to plant quality trees and flexibility to complete a range of different tasks.
Rate is dependent on skills and experience, but is above the National Living Wage, paid as a daily rate, with the opportunity to earn bonuses at piece rate beyond daily planting target. Ideally looking for individuals who are/can be self employed, working with us on a labour only sub-contracting basis.
