Some lovely photos taken by Marty at our distillery project. A new shed with red sinusoidal cladding has been erected to showcase the beautiful copper stills. Existing farm buildings have been carefully repaired and rebuilt in some areas to house the mash tun, fermenters and cask storage.

Careful rebuilding and repair of stonework at our distillery site. Some dramatic changes in the before and after images. Some ‘in progress’ photos showing the careful workmanship involved. Beautiful craftsmanship from who supplied the St Bees stone with ‘stugged and punched’ and ‘droved tooling. Installed by M&J Ballantyne.

We are excited to be nearing completion on the first phase of our wh**ky distillery project in the Scottish Borders. This is a conversion of disused stone farm buildings which sit in a stunning landscape and which were partially collapsed and in a very poor state of repair. The stone buildings have been lovingly repaired and altered and a striking new still house has been built in the centre of the development, linking the buildings to create an efficient production process. These photos feature the still house, a twin peaked red sinusoidal shed which showcases the beautiful hand crafted copper stills.
