What do we do? 🤔

We go beyond the basics...

Our training brings together legislation, industry guidance, technical forestry knowledge and real experience from the field - because understanding the theory is only part of the job. 🌳 💭

It’s about knowing what the rules mean, how they apply, and what to do with that knowledge in practice.

We’ve had a great time attending the APF Exhibition in Warwickshire over the last two days!

It’s been a fantastic opportunity to connect with people across the forestry sector, share ideas and hear from a range of organisations and industry experts.

Over the two days, we’ve taken part in a number of great activities, including:

🌳 Spending time in the Forest Workers Zone alongside FISA, the Forestry Contractors Association (FCA), Small Woods Association (SWA) and Tilhill.

💬 Joining the Royal Forestry Society (RFS) panel discussion on Mental Health in Forestry, exploring the importance of supporting the wellbeing of people working across the sector.

🌱 Taking part in the skills and broadening the sector panel discussion in the Confor Events Tent, featuring contributions from the Forestry Commission, Louise Simpson (ICF), Charlotte (Tilhill) and Melanie (FTS-UK).

A big thank you to everyone who organised the sessions and to everyone we had the chance to meet and speak with over the past two days. 👏

It’s been great to be part of such an engaging event and see so much knowledge and collaboration across the forestry, woodland and arboricultural sectors!
