Job Title: Patching Operatives & HGV Hot Box Patching Operatives
Location: Antrim/Newtownabbey
Hours: Monday – Friday, 16:00 – 23:00 (Evening Shifts)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced Patching Operatives and HGV Hot Box Patching Operatives to join our team working evening shifts. The role involves carrying out high-quality road and pavement repairs, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out asphalt/bitmac patching and reinstatement works
* Operate hot box equipment (HGV role)
* Work as part of a team to complete scheduled repairs
* Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow instructions from supervisors and site managers
Requirements:
* Previous experience in patching or road maintenance essential
* Valid CSR card (required)
* HGV licence (required for Hot Box Operatives)
* CPC and Tacho card (for HGV drivers)
* Ability to work evening shifts consistently
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good understanding of site safety and PPE compliance
