Massive 3 weeks from the team on this project in Kings Hill…

We built a rear extension for this client 4 years ago…we have returned to remove the flat roof, the original house roof and the majority of the first floor layout.

We have installed 20 steels so far to this point ready for joisting the 1st floor ceiling and then adding a loft dormer to the 2nd floor along with a timer extension to the first floor

We only started this extension 4 weeks ago and almost complete…. Electrics and plumbing to finish next week then time to hand over to the client

Armoured cable excavated and installed, concrete reinforced Slab installed, and bespoke garden room constructed (which arrived in a million pieces!)

A big 3 days from the team to start this week off in Hempstead…

Widows and doors installed

Cement board installed and rendering underway

Walls Insulated with 75mm celotex and then 25mm over the studs

Plaster-boarded and ready for plastering

Utility room constructed, insulated and plaster-boarded

Patio and surface drains installed into perimeter of extension.

Plumbing first fix installed

So we completed this refurbishment in June but i forgot to upload the before and after !

This project was for a returning client in Rainham.

We stripped out the old kitchen, flooring, original back doors and windows.

Then plastered and decorated throughout with decorating included

Flooring, electrics,plumbing and kitchen install also completed with a stunning 3 metre set of aluminium bi fold doors

All finished off with 30sqm of Indian sandstone patio .

So we are only 9 working days into this timber frame extension in Hempstead, ready for the roof finish to be installed tomorrow… the lads have worked extremely hard to get to this point in such quick time

Lads have absolutely smashed this job in Rainham this week…. 38 tonnes out and back in to get this job completed in atrocious weather.. 🥵

The garden was 110 metres from to back and we have excavated and installed the armoured cable, dug out,
Prepped and poured the slab ready to install the garden cabin end of next week …. Shout out to Trey who came on for work experience at the age of 15 and grafted like an animal 👊
